SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME
Every item is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days after your order is placed, before it ships. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as it leaves the facility.

SHIPPING RATES (UNITED STATES)
Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Under $75, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives 3–8 business days after the ship date. Add production time for total time to your door — most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks. Estimates aren't guarantees; carriers can run behind during peak seasons and game weeks.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
Orders with several items may ship in more than one package, sometimes from different facilities. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and want gear, email hey@gamedaytees.co — we'll let you know when your country is available.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and we aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping may apply).

TRACKING
Tracking links are in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email hey@gamedaytees.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and photos, if damaged). We'll replace it or refund you.
