Terms of service

Welcome to Game Day Tees Co ("Game Day Tees," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gamedaytees.co (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. WHO WE ARE
Game Day Tees Co is an independent apparel company. We design original, hand-drawn vintage-style mascot artwork and sell it on tees, hoodies, hats, stickers, and other goods. Game Day Tees Co is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any university, college, athletic conference, or licensing body. Our designs are original works of art inspired by the spirit of college towns; any city, school, or team names appear for descriptive purposes only.

2. USING THE SITE
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or interfere with the Site's operation or other users' enjoyment of it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. PRODUCTS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY
Most of our products are made to order. We do our best to display product colors and artwork accurately, but screens vary and slight differences between the image and the finished product are normal. Garment colors, fits, and blanks may change over time as suppliers change. All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or descriptive errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order because of an error, we'll refund you in full.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Because our products are made to order, production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses you provide. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a package once it ships.

6. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
Our Refund Policy describes when returns, exchanges, and refunds are available and is part of these Terms. In short: if anything arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right. Because items are made to order, we ask that you check sizing carefully before buying.

7. DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Discount codes and promotions have no cash value, can't be combined unless we say otherwise, and may be modified or ended at any time. We may refuse or cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, designs, mascot illustrations, logos, text, photographs, and other content on the Site are owned by Game Day Tees Co or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Buying a product gives you the product — it does not give you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our artwork. You may not use our designs on other merchandise or for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

9. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content to us (including by tagging us on social media), you grant Game Day Tees Co a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on the Site and in marketing. You represent that you own or have the right to share what you submit and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights.

10. ACCOUNTS AND COMMUNICATIONS
You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. By providing your email address or phone number, you agree to receive transactional messages about your order. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their terms.

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Game Day Tees Co and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Game Day Tees Co from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we can't resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hey@gamedaytees.co so we have a chance to resolve it.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept them.

17. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Game Day Tees Co regarding the Site and your purchases.
